Thomas M. Kendrick was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, and is admitted as an Attorney in both Missouri and Illinois.
Thomas is a co-founder of Greenwood Hanlon Kendrick and practiced law in London for several years before opening GHK’s New York office in 2015. His practice is focused on U.S. business immigration, with an emphasis on the E-2 Investor, E-1 Trader, L Intra-Company Transferee, and EB-1C visa categories. Mr. Kendrick’s clients include small start-up businesses, high net-worth investors, and multinational corporations.
Mr. Kendrick graduated from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis in 2009.
Career
Prior to practicing immigration law, Thomas started his career as a litigator in Chicago, defending foreclosure victims in Cook County during the subprime mortgage crisis of the late 2000s.
