Eryn Hanlon is a US immigration lawyer and Partner at GHK. Her current practice focuses on incorporation and expansion of businesses into the United States, US trademark applications and US immigration. Eryn has a wide client base including start-ups and established businesses as well as families, individuals and artists/entertainersjournalists looking to work and perform in the US.
Prior to starting GHK, Eryn practiced US employment law in Chicago. She holds a BA degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan, a Juris Doctorate (law degree) from Wayne State University Law School in Detroit and an LLM in Business Law from Kingston University in London. She has been a practicing attorney since 2008.
Eryn is also the President of American Women Lawyers in London (AWLL) and an active member of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

She was admitted to practice law in 2008 and started her career practicing employment law as an associate attorney at a well-known firm in Chicago, Illinois. Eryn moved to London in 2009 and began working at a firm practicing US immigration in London before starting GHK in 2013.
